Aviox Cloud – Terms of Service & Policies

Aviox Cloud (avioxcloud.com) is owned and operated by Aviox Tech Solutions Ltd, a UK-registered company. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, which are designed to comply with standard hosting and domain reseller policies, data center best practices, and applicable laws.


1. Account Authority & Usage

Aviox Tech Solutions Ltd reserves the right to:

  • Suspend, restrict, or terminate any account, service, or support at its discretion.

  • Deny access to users misusing support channels, including tickets, emails, or chat systems.

  • Enforce compliance with industry-standard reseller hosting and domain registration policies.

Users are responsible for ethical and lawful use of all services. Misuse, abusive behavior, or illegal activity may result in immediate termination without refund.


2. Services Provided

Aviox Cloud offers a full-scale hosting environment, including:

Servers & Storage

  • Dedicated Servers & VPS: Fully managed or unmanaged, configurable CPU, RAM, NVMe/SSD/HDD storage, scalable bandwidth.

  • Operating Systems: Linux, Windows Server, Docker containers, and custom OS images.

  • High-Performance Servers: LiteSpeed, OpenLiteSpeed, LSCache, Plex, and performance-optimized configurations.

  • Storage Solutions: NVMe and SSD storage for high-speed performance; cloud and object storage for large datasets.

Control Panels & Software

  • WHM/cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin, and custom control panels.

  • CMSs, automation tools, Softaculous, CloudLinux, Docker, Plex, LSCache, and other supported plugins.

  • Third-party SSL certificates, firewalls, malware protection, ModSecurity, and other security modules.

Networking & IPs

  • Dedicated and static IP addresses, DDoS protection, and high-speed networking.

  • Bandwidth monitoring and management to ensure fair usage and performance.

Domain & Reseller Services

  • Domain registration, transfers, and management in compliance with standard reseller policies and ICANN regulations.


3. Configuration & Customization

  • Server configurations for PHP/MySQL, Apache/Nginx, DNS, firewalls, and other advanced server software are available.

  • Third-party plugins, applications, and scripts may be installed if they do not compromise server security, stability, or other users.

  • Users are responsible for their own backups; Aviox Cloud maintains backups as a courtesy but is not liable for data loss.


4. Support Policy

  • Ticket-Based Support Only: Standard support is provided via tickets; response times may vary.

  • No Guaranteed Emergency, Phone, or LiveChat Support.

  • Webmaster & Coding Assistance: Only server-level issues are supported; coding, CMS installations, or website troubleshooting are not included.

  • Paid Customization: Advanced software or server configuration requests are available for additional fees.


5. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Hosting illegal, offensive, or malicious content (child exploitation, malware, phishing, hacking scripts).

  • Spam, bulk mailing, or unsolicited marketing campaigns.

  • Resource abuse (CPU, RAM, bandwidth, cron jobs).

  • Unauthorized access attempts, proxy servers, IRC bots, or malicious software.

  • Violations of copyright, intellectual property, or applicable laws.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.


6. Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • All software, licenses, scripts, and plugins provided remain property of Aviox Tech Solutions Ltd or authorized third parties.

  • Users may not copy, distribute, sell, or claim ownership of Aviox Cloud property.

  • Users retain ownership of their own content but Aviox Cloud reserves the right to remove content violating these Terms.


7. Payment & Refund Policy

  • All payments and deposits are final.

  • No refunds for service interruptions caused by policy violations or user misconfiguration.

  • Chargebacks after payment may result in account termination and forfeiture of services.

  • Promotional credits, coupons, or free balances may be revoked if abused.


8. Compliance

  • Users must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

  • All services follow industry-standard reseller hosting and domain registration policies, ensuring fair and lawful usage.

  • Services may not be used for illegal, malicious, or prohibited activities.


9. Security & Account Responsibility

  • Users are responsible for secure credentials.

  • Aviox Cloud is not liable for unauthorized access due to compromised credentials.

  • All activity under a user account is the responsibility of the account holder.


10. Termination

Aviox Cloud may suspend or terminate accounts immediately for:

  • Policy violations

  • Illegal activity or abuse

  • Breach of industry-standard hosting or domain reseller rules

Termination may occur without notice or refund.


11. Disclaimer & Warranty

  • Services are provided “as-is”, without warranty for compatibility, uptime, or performance with third-party plugins or software.

  • Aviox Cloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.


This now fully includes:

  • NVMe/SSD/HDD storage and scalable servers

  • Linux, Windows, Docker environments

  • Control panels: WHM/cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin, Plex

  • Security modules: ModSecurity, firewalls, malware detection, third-party SSLs

  • LiteSpeed/OpenLiteSpeed servers and LSCache

  • Managed hosting, bandwidth, static IPs, and advanced configurations

  • Compliance with industry-standard hosting and domain reseller policies
